KP police constable rescues stray dog from drowning in waterway

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) police constable was spotted rescuing a stray dog from drowning into a waterway in a video that went viral on social media on Thursday.

The video was posted by the Superintendent of Police (SP) Hassan Jehangir Watto on Twitter with a caption that read: “A dog fell into a canal and couldn’t get out. A KP Police Constable can be seen rescuing it to safety. Kindness towards all living beings is our motto.”

 

In the video, the police officer can be seen pulling the animal from the water valley as the poor dog can be seen struggling to come out.

The policeman has won praise on social media on this noble act.
