Illinois Is Flying High- New Law

A little quantity of cannabis is no more a life-altering punishment in Illinois. Following twenty other states, like Delaware, Ohio, and Vermont, Illinois Gov.

Bruce Rauner signed into law a new rule that punishes carrying cannabis like a negligible traffic violation.

Under the new ruling, possession of ten grams or less of cannabis is punished by a fine of $100-$200, without spending any time behind bars.
