The Global estate agent and property consultancy Knight Frank released its annual “Global Cities” report on Thursday. As per the analysis, Turkey stands at top while, New Zealand and Canada follows close behind in the same line.
The UK real estate firm’s global league table has put Turkey at the top with a 13.9 per cent increase in home prices in the year to June 2016. On the second comes New Zealand with 11.2 per cent. Third in the row, Canada’s increase was 10 per cent.
