14-year-old Pakistani girl dedicates international award to Quetta blast victims and Kashmiris

14-year-old, Hadiqa Bashir, a ladies’ rights activist from Swat, KPK, won the Asian Girls Human Rights Ambassador Award on Monday, 10th October.

Chosen from among 4 other young ladies, Hadiqa Bashir was honoured on the International Day of the Girl Child, which is Taiwan Girls’ Day. The occasion was organised by the Garden Hope Foundation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Taiwan.

Hadiqa dedicated the award to the legal counselors who were killed in a suicide attack outside the Civil Hospital in Quetta, and to the Kashmiris who were and still are facing the brutality in India-held Kashmir.
