Instagram’s direct messages (DM) can easily be un-send, didn’t know yet? Well, read now and thank us later! Though the feature was introduced long time back, most of the users didn’t about it till yet.
Direct Message option allows users to chat with other users, there is also an option underneath the uploaded pictures which allow you to DM the picture to the person of your choice.
In order to delete or un-send a message, all you need to do is to press a message you sent and two options will pop up in front of you. The options will be “Copy Text” or “Unsend Message”, choose the desired one and your sent text will be revoked. However, if the user you have sent the message to is read that, there would be no point in deleting it then.
According to sources, inspired by the feasibility of Instagram’s feature WhatsApp is also testing it and is planning to roll out the feature around the world very soon.
