JS Bank initiates ‘Bank From Home’ service nationwide for customer’s safety!

The recent Corona outbreak has crippled the world economic system within a span of a few weeks. With 236 positive cases in Pakistan and still counting, most of the organizations incubated here have diverted towards the agile model. More than 60 companies have resorted to a work-from-home policy to combat the spread of this fatal virus.

The entire list of companies in the aforementioned list does not include a single bank. They serve as per usual.

A twitter trend caught our eye around Tuesday, applauding JS Bank, the fastest growing bank, for urging all its customers to Bank from home and waived all charges on Internet, Mobile and ATM banking causing #JSBankcares and #bankfromhome to make it to the top of the twitter trends list.

In this hour of turmoil when our safety and hygiene is of the utmost importance, JS Bank is encouraging all its customers to socially distance themselves and avoid visiting branches to curb the spread of the deadly virus.

Communicating the good news through its social media assets JS Bank is pushing other organizations to opt for a more customer centric approach as opposed to organization centric.
