Agreement signed for ABL ATMs at PSO’s designated outlets

Allied Bank Limited (ABL) and Pakistan State Oil (PSO) have signed an official agreement to enable placement of ABL ATMs at selected PSO stations countrywide.

Mr. Ghulam Murtaza Sheikh signed the agreement alongside Deputy General Manager, New Initiatives, PSO and Mr. Faisal Nadeem Siddiqui, Group Head E-Banking-DBG, ABL at Allied Bank Limited’s Head office, Lahore. Mr. Sheikh Imranul Haque, MD & CEO, PSO and Mr. Tahir Hassan Qureshi, CEO, ABL. Apart from them, other officials from both companies were also found present at the occasion.

Under the agreement, PSO outlets across the country will install ABL ATMs. The agreement was signed under the confirmation of being a mutually beneficial partnership, which will translate into expediency for the general public.

Speaking at this event, Sheikh Imranul Haque, MD & CEO, PSO emphasized the company’s ingenuities that are aimed at delivering enhanced services continuously, to its customers and defined the mutual project as revolutionary, focusing highly on customer satisfaction.

He said, “We are pleased to join hands with Allied Bank Limited to get ABL ATMs at designated PSO outlets. The facility will benefit our mutual customers under one roof. With this agreement, PSO is expanding its operations into the realm of non-fuel activities which hold immense potential. As we expand our footprint beyond fuel activities, we are exploring newer ways of facilitating our customers.”

Commenting on the agreement, Tahir Hassan Qureshi, CEO, ABL said: “It gives us immense pleasure to expand our ATMs network to PSO retail stations across the country. It will bring two-fold ease and access to our shared customer base. We are eager to build on this agreement to expand our collaboration with PSO to bring more facilities to our customers in the future.”

Allied Bank Limited and Pakistan State Oil signify their association with the customers to be determined into offering a variation of advanced Banking products and services to suit the dire necessities of their customers over ABL ATMs and Branchless Banking Centers at particular PSO Retail Outlets.
